As a valued registrant, this is your VIP Preview, where you can access our floorplans; the site plan for Erin Glen; the brochure; the features and finishes; necessary documents for purchase and more. This is your opportunity to select your preferred home designs and lots prior to speaking with a Community Sales Representative. You will also find all information and documents needed to prepare for your purchasing appointment.
Cachet will launch a virtual sales program for Erin Glen on Sunday, May 16th. A Community Sales Representative will contact you as you near your Virtual Sales Appointment to guide you through the entire virtual home buying process.
Our virtual-only sales program is conducted on a first-come first-served basis. We assure you that only our valued registrants receive priority access to this community release.

First come, first served.
The response to this community has been overwhelming. Our goal is to be fair with everyone interested and we want to provide our valued registrants with the opportunity to participate in the Erin Glen Phase 1 virtual release on a first come first served basis.
Our virtual appointment system will open to all registrants in the database at the same time to ensure the process remains fair. The number of appointments available is commensurate with the number of homes within the release. When the virtual registration window opens we deploy to all registrants at the same time. Those who open their email first have access to the first appointments. Only one appointment is available per registrant. Only those who have already registered for Erin Glen will be able to make an appointment. We have received thousands of registrations for this release and due to this, we expect the appointments to fill quickly.
